What to Expect When You Join Our Team

    • Insurance credentialing 

    • All scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling of clients

    • Close schedule monitoring to ensure your caseload is appropriately full

    • Copay collection

    • Late cancellation and no show fee collection

    • Managing a cancellation list and filling canceled appointments

    • Outreach to all new clients to obtain feedback about their experience and fit with their provider

    • Benefit verification, billing insurance, and claims follow-up

    • Monthly billing to clients

    • Marketing 

    • A specialized mental health physical by the primary mental healthcare provider that uses validated symptom screens and collaborative treatment planning to identify what services will be most helpful to our clients and which providers will be good fits

    • Follow up mental health physicals to reassess symptoms, review progress, and update treatment plans by the primary mental healthcare provider.  

    • Weekly treatment team meetings for support, coordination of care, and collaborative brainstorming and problem-solving

    • A monthly mini-team meeting to get to know your coworkers on a deeper level and to engage in thoughtful and creative clinical exercises and discussion topics

    • Ongoing positive feedback and emotional support

    • Opportunities to collaborate across cases when more than one member of a family is seen by providers at the practice

    • Individual meetings with the owner once a trimester for support, highlighting strengths, and career development

    • Individual meetings with the Engagement Coordinator once a trimester to assess job satisfaction, work well-being, and ways the organization can support your career growth

    • Program development based on needs of our clients and the interests of our staff

    • Supervision opportunities for provisionally licensed providers and postdoctoral residents

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Counselor, clinical social worker, marital and family therapist, or psychologists with full licensure in the state of Missouri 

  • Culturally competent, socially responsible, and committed to providing ethical care. (Learn more about our core values here.)

  • Wants to maintain a consistent clinical caseload of 27+ weekly billed hours for full time, or 18+ for part time

  • Willing to make a minimum three-year commitment to our team

  • Excellent time management, boundaries, communication, and rapport building skills

  • Able to work evening and weekend hours to meet client demand
