Substance Use Support

Have you or someone close to you expressed concern about substance use or other compulsive behaviors? Do you feel unsure where to draw the line between healthy and unhealthy use?

You are not alone. Therapy can provide a nonjudgmental, safe, and collaborative space to explore your relationship to substances such as alcohol, cannabis, tobacco, and caffeine, as well as compulsive habits like gambling, sex/porn addiction, gaming, and excessive social media use. Through therapy, you can:

  • Understand why and how you use

  • Explore how substance use impacts your sleep, work, spending, and relationships

  • Gain alternative tools for coping and relaxation

  • Clarify goals for healthier habits

Please note that we are not a dedicated substance abuse treatment facility. If you are in need of detox or medication assistance, or if you or someone else believe your safety is at imminent risk due to substance use, we advise you to seek support from a rehabilitation program.
