My Approach to Therapy
I enjoy building a relationship with clients that becomes the foundation for growth, healing, and positive change. I meet people where they are, without any judgement, to help them clarify their goals for therapy. I like to be creative with individualized interventions to assist in meeting those goals. I use a variety of clinical interventions including, but not limited to, EMDR, DBT, CBT, EFT Tapping, Motivational Interviewing and often a combination of these interventions. I have extensive experience in the mental health field that has taught me the importance of assisting clients with creating a toolbox full of tools to help cope with life's challenges. I want to partner with my clients to help them learn about themselves and feel empowered to make the adjustments that they desire to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life.
