My Approach to Therapy
I believe in the profound impact therapy can have on helping individuals of all ages navigate life's challenges and foster meaningful growth. Having experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health challenges and personal goals, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support embracing thoughts and emotions without judgment while committing to value-driven actions. My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental, providing a safe space for clients to explore their concerns and work toward positive change. Together, we will focus on building resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and developing practical tools to manage life’s challenges effectively.
